Development Manager / Assistant Development Manager

Location: London Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 plus benefits

Large developer urgently seeks a Development Manager / Assistant Development Manager for a busy major regeneration scheme in Central London. The company has an excellent reputation for winning and delivering major regeneration schemes that transform areas into smart living environments with modern infrastructure and homes for all. They are known for developing people and promoting on results.

The scheme itself is a 2,000-unit, eight-year programme that will transform the area. The role will be to assist the Development Director and Senior Development Managers on reserve matter applications, discharge of conditions, liaising with clients, stakeholders, TfL, and all internal divisions and external consultants from M&E through to structural engineers.

This role will ideally suit someone who is currently an Assistant Development Manager looking to step up to Development Manager within 12 months, or someone who is already a Development Manager who is happy to come in at an entry level, prove themselves, and gain the necessary experience on a major regeneration scheme to advance their career long term.

You must have Development Management experience on 100+ unit schemes and hold relevant appropriate qualifications.
