My client, a top private developer located in Central London, is a cash-rich company specialising in private residential developments within London. With a great reputation in the industry and a world-class team, they have plenty of support to grow and expand their team further with the backing of their clients and shareholders. The company currently has a number of high-profile projects within London and more in the pipeline. They are looking to expand their Customer Care Team with the addition of an experienced Customer Care Manager/Senior Coordinator with experience in high-end new home residential developments in London.
Specification
The role will be site-based managing a small team and will be the point of contact for client care. You will be responsible for dealing with clients from the initial purchase stage through to completion and handover stage. You will also liaise with clients for a certain period of time after the handover stage to ensure a smooth transition and deal with any queries they may have. You will ensure that a high quality of customer service is maintained consistently. Additionally, you will assist the production team to ensure properties are fully inspected and deal with the snagging process to ensure there are no problems or defects with each individual property.
