A leading Main Contractor that has been operating for over 90 years is currently looking for a Design Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their offices near Coulsdon, Surrey.

The company has a great reputation in the industry for delivering high-quality projects across a number of sectors including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure and commercial, encompassing new build and refurbishment projects up to £15m.

The company has a mix of projects in the pipeline and is therefore looking for a well-rounded Design Manager that has a strong track record on new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors that can work autonomously.

  • Experience of managing and providing technical guidance and support within a Main Contracting environment
  • New build and refurbishment experience
  • Track record working across multiple sectors including Residential, Education, Healthcare and Commercial
  • Experience working on projects up to £15m in value
  • Able to commute to Coulsdon, Surrey on a daily basis
