We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our busy client with numerous projects running in London. They are a main contractor with an excellent reputation within the construction industry and of promoting from within. They have doubled in size since 2007, growing organically with an average length of service of 8 years. Due to an increase in projects they are working on, they are looking at expanding their operational team.
This is a London site-based position looking after projects either North or South of the River Thames with 3-4 projects running at one time. This will be primarily looking after regeneration projects that are new build social housing, part rent part buy and private sale properties as well as other facilities such as schools and healthcare centres.
You will need to have experience of working with a main contractor in a similar role looking after projects ranging in size from £10-50m.
Requirements:- To have worked for a main contractor
- Experience of running 3-4 sites at once
- Stable work history
- To have worked on regeneration projects
- To have run sites ranging from £10-50m
The positions are site-based and you will be looking at a salary of £80-£90k as well as car, private healthcare and pension.
