I have a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a well-respected Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their offices in North London. The business has been operating for approximately 30 years and specialises in the Social Housing sector. They carry out new build and refurbishment projects between £2m to £10m.
The business is very busy; they have a number of projects ongoing and upcoming and are looking to bring in an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record of working on both new build and refurbishment projects within the social housing/residential sectors. As they are a smaller business, the Contracts Manager role is a crucial one; they need someone that can successfully oversee multiple projects concurrently and also help the business to continue to grow, develop and build on their success.
- Extensive experience working for a reputable Main Contractor or Developer
- Strong Social Housing / Residential experience
- Background overseeing multiple concurrent new build and refurbishment projects up to £10m in value
- Excellent management skills with the ability to get the best out of people
- Able to commute to North London on a daily basis
If you are a Contracts Manager and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on: 07733 529 573.
