An award winning developer with an enviable reputation within the Construction industry has a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their southern regional offices in Surrey. The company has been around for a number of decades and has a great reputation for delivering new build apartments Nationwide. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record working for a reputable residential developer, with excellent all round new build residential project experience including Traditional Build and RC Frame Apartments.
