I have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a reputable, dynamic company that specialise in providing high quality apartments, houses and commercial projects in London and the Home Counties, based out of their offices near St Albans in Hertfordshire.
The company have been around since the 1990’s, carrying out projects including new build residential, residential refurbishments, as well as refurbishment and conversions of commercial properties, up to £20m in value.
They are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects at any given time. The Contracts Manager will be based from their offices near St Albans, Hertfordshire, and visiting sites across the Home Counties and London.
The Contracts Manager will need to have a strong track record working for a reputable Main Contractor and have experience of overseeing new build residential, residential refurbishments as well as refurbishing / converting conversion buildings.
Contracts Manager:
- Strong track record of managing multiple projects concurrently at different stages, delivered on time and to budget
- Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record overseeing new build residential, residential refurbishments and refurbishment / conversions of commercial properties
- Familiar with Traditional Build and RC Frame Apartments
- Excellent all round residential / construction knowledge and experience
- Strong understanding on UK building regulations
- Excellent management skills with the ability to get the best out of full site teams
- Full UK drivers’ license
