A leading Maintenance and Refurbishment Contractor with a turnover of circa £140m has a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their offices near Watford, Herts and working on projects throughout Hertfordshire and London.
The company offers a comprehensive range of maintenance and refurbishment services across a range of sectors including housing, healthcare, education, hotel & leisure and commercial. The business has been operating for approximately 50 years and has grown into one of the leading companies in their field.
They carry out Planned Maintenance, Cyclical Painting and Decorating, Refurbishment Works, Small Building Works, Fire Protection Repairs and Upgrades, Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Roof Updates and Repairs.
They are looking for a Contracts Manager to come on board, overseeing a number of projects at any given time, ensuring site teams are delivering projects on time and within budget to the highest standards. This is a great opportunity to join a busy company that have a huge pipeline of work and be a key player within the business.
Experience:
- Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Experience working on maintenance and refurbishment projects
- Ideally have experience working within social housing and other sectors including healthcare, education and commercial
