A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple sectors have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of residential new build and office to residential conversion projects up to £5m.
The company have been around for a very long time and have a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. As a business, they carry out a range of work including new build, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £10m in value, with a range of public and private clients.
They are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee a range of residential projects up to £5m in value; including new build units and office to flat conversion schemes. The role will be based out of their offices in Hertfordshire, and projects are located across North London and the North Home Counties.
Experience:
- Track record working on residential projects for a reputable main contractor
- Experience delivering new build and office to residential conversion projects up to £5m in value
- Able to oversee multiple projects concurrently
- Presentable with strong client facing skills
- Excellent man management skills
