A leading Main Contractor based near Watford, Herts, have a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on projects in the West London area.
The company have been operating for over 30 years and are one of the most successful private and independent construction companies in the UK. They are committed to providing a first class, professional and enthusiastic service to their clients’ needs.
Through a determined pursuit of excellence and continuous client relationships they have evolved into a leading provider in the property refurbishment, new build, repair and maintenance markets across the UK. They operate in a number of sectors including education, healthcare, social housing, heritage and commercial.
They are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee a range of public sector projects in the West London area. Projects will include new build and refurbs predominantly within the education, healthcare and social housing sectors, so will need to have a strong track record in these areas.
Experience:
- Track record working for a reputable main contractor as a Contracts Manager
- Experience working on a range of public sector projects including education, healthcare and social housing
- New build and refurb experience
- Excellent management skills with the ability to get the best out of people
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Able to commute to West London on a daily basis and occasionally to their offices near Watford, Hertfordshire
