A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertakes a range of projects within multiple sectors has an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their Main Works division on a permanent basis. The company has been around for a very long time and has a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties.
They carry out a range of work including internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £5m in value, with a range of public and private clients. They have a number of specialist divisions within the business focusing on specific sectors.
They are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their busy Main Works Division, which focuses on projects within the Education and Healthcare sectors, between £1m to £5m. This area of the business operates within Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Cambridge and London, undertaking new build, extensions and refurbishment projects. Projects are varied and include schools, universities, hospitals, remedial works and commercial offices.
They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record of managing multiple projects within these areas. Education and Healthcare experience is crucial for this role, along with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, excellent supply chain relationships, strong customer focus and a high level of energy and ambition.
