I have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join an award winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, based out of their East London offices and overseeing projects across Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridge. The company has been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England. Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.
They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record of overseeing new build housing schemes for a reputable main contractor or developer, with excellent all round construction knowledge and experience of RC frames and high rise projects.
- Strong track record of managing multiple Housing / Residential schemes
- New build residential background
- Excellent all round residential / construction knowledge and experience
- RC frame / high rise experience
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations
- Excellent management skills with the ability to get the best out of full site teams
