A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertakes a range of projects within multiple sectors has an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing a range of new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector up to £5m. The company has been around for a very long time and has a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties.
As a business, they carry out a range of work including new build, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £10m in value, with a range of public and private clients. They have recently been awarded a number of projects as part of a 4-year framework agreement within the education sector, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects to schools and academies in the Southern Counties.
They are looking for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Redhill, Surrey, overseeing projects across the Southern Home Counties. They have a project due to start soon in Kent, and further projects are due to commence within Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire in the near future.
Experience:
- Track record working on education projects for a reputable main contractor
- Experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m in value
- Understand the 2-stage D&B procurement route
