Contracts Manager Salary: £60-70K + Package Location: South London & Surrey Region: London We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a busy residential developer based in South London. This is a new office for a large developer and they are concentrating on varied schemes, including traditional house building and high rise flats. Due to internal promotion, they are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to run their sites based in South London and Surrey. You will need to have experience of working on up to 4 projects at once and dealing with any issues on-site. You should have experience liaising with Architects and Engineers and be able to keep control of costs, keeping the QS informed and ensuring variations are dealt with fairly.
