Contracts Manager – £90,000 Plus Package – North London
A Contracts Manager is urgently required to work for a highly profitable top 10 house builder in North London who’s profits turnover is expected to be over half a billion by 2020. You would be required to work on 3 schemes with the values ranging between £5m – £15m.
The responsibilities of this role are to make sure the effective management of the multiple projects and to ensure all project requirements are met with the company and the regional objectives. You will also be managing the contractors to ensure that safety, time, budget, and the quality of the project targets are met.
Ideal candidate
- Degree qualified or have a relevant construction qualification.
- Worked on large residential schemes.
- Experienced in managing all site staff including subcontractors.
- Experience in seeing projects through from inception to completion.
- Health and safety certificate holder.
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS certificate.
