We’re currently looking for a Contracts Manager to work on multiple projects up to £30 million on behalf of a large, successful developer working on various projects around the Reading and Crawley area.
You will be managing up to three projects simultaneously, each valued over £1 million. Our client offers excellent progression opportunities.
The position is permanent and is a newly created role, reflecting the company\’s growth.
The successful Contracts Manager will be based in London/Surrey and have experience in procurement of construction, infrastructure maintenance, soft and hard business, building services subcontracts, and materials.
