A leading glazed partitioning contractor that specialises in the high-end commercial fit-out market has an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Canary Wharf. The company turnover circa £20m and provides a range of bespoke solutions up to £6m in value to a number of leading clients in the industry.
They provide a range of glazed partitioning, aluminium extrusions, drywall and joinery doorset packages, automatic sliding glass door systems, glazed fire screens and doorsets, switchable glass, back painted glass and LED edge-lite glass.
The Contracts Administrator will assist with various duties including:
- Dealing with site files
- Programs on Microsoft Project
- RAMs (Risk Assessment Method statements)
- O&M Manuals (Operations & Maintenance)
Training and support will be provided in order to pick things up and get up to speed. The ideal person will have experience working for a construction company in a similar administrative role and be happy to travel to Canary Wharf on a daily basis.
