You will have at least 5+ years Residential/Social Housing new build experience in a contracting environment. The role will suit candidates from a new build construction background, and we are particularly keen to talk to candidates with an educational, residential, social housing or hospital projects background. You must have a high attention to detail, great telephone & personal manner, and be willing to learn in a successful professional environment.
As a specific result of the company’s growth, it is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager. As Project Manager you will be entrusted to work on large, challenging projects, ranging from £25m to £50m projects. Working within the team you will report to the commercial director to help deliver the Project Manager services efficiently and effectively.
