Pinnacle are working with one of the UK’s Leading Specialist Construction Companies, they’ve built strong working relationships with their clients and manufacturers and offer a design, specification and estimating service on projects ranging in the millions. They are looking for a Document Controller to join their team, someone who is interested in strong career progression.

What the role will entail:

  • Managing and maintaining a Document Control System.
  • Scanning, indexing, uploading, all relevant Documents.
  • Maintaining and filing electronic Documents.
  • Issuing controlled copies of Documents.
  • Ensuring all documents are up to date using online digital filing systems.
  • Maintaining data on drawing registers, including circulation lists.
  • Providing administrative support to Project Managers on site.
  • Maintaining rapport with clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent IT literacy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and in a team
  • Knowledge of document control software and systems e.g. Aconex, Asite.
  • Experience working in the construction industry (commercial waterproofing & roofing being an added bonus)
  • Full UK driver’s license
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience composing written reports
  • Experience managing own workload

Salary: £25,000- £35,000 doe
