A leading regional main contractor that builds, refurbishes and regenerates homes and communities across the UK has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join them, initially working on a new build residential project in Colchester, Essex.
The company is an innovative and ambitious business that combines their industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work. They are due to begin work on a new project in Colchester that comprises 85 new build houses, built using traditional construction methods. The project is a 2 year scheme and is due to commence in a few weeks' time. The Assistant Site Manager will be reporting to a Senior Site Manager.

Qualifications:
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
