I have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join an award-winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on a large new build residential project in Dagenham, Essex.
The company has been around for approximately 20 years and has evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England. Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality-focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.
They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a new build residential project in Dagenham, Essex. This is a large project comprising RC frame apartments and Traditional Build houses. They are looking for a strong Assistant Site Manager to start as soon as possible, and the current project will run until May 2019.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager
- Track record working for a reputable housebuilder
- Good longevity with previous employers
- Health & Safety conscious
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
