- 2 stage tender experience.
- Main Contracting and high end residential Quantity Surveying experience.
- Financial management experience.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and to negotiate effectively.
- You will need to be able to absorb complex information.
- A clear understanding of standard building contracts.
- You need to be professional, well presented, reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Good working knowledge of word and excel as a minimum.
