A growing, dynamic Main Contractor based in Hertfordshire is looking for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a project in Chelmsford, Essex.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + package
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
The business has been operating for a number of years and specialises in Industrial Warehouses, Retail, Commercial and Mixed Use Schemes. They have a £2.5m new build, steel frame industrial project starting very soon and are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the project from start to finish.
Experience:
- Project Manager working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record working on new build industrial / warehouse projects
- Steel frame experience
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Able to commute to Chelmsford, Essex
