The company has been known to build luxurious new homes in and around South London for many years and are highly reputable for the quality produced within their industry.
They are looking for a Materials and Subcontractor Buyer to join their commercial team as soon as possible. Previous experience in a similar role within Residential is essential
Experience:
- Track record working for a reputable house builder as a Materials and Subcontractor Buyer.
- Excellent procurement experience on large residential schemes
- Strong commercial skills and awareness
- Good communication skills internally and externally
- Be a team player but also able to work using own initiative
- High level of computer literacy
- Good longevity with previous employers
- Able to commute to Surrey on a daily basis
