Residential Developer seeking a highly experienced Technical Coordinator with a strong understanding and knowledge within the Residential sector. The company has an unrivalled track record of consistent growth creating new build residential developments with both private and affordable housing and are behind some of London’s most unique residential and mixed-use developments.
Seeking an individual who is methodical and capable of driving a project through to completion successfully and looking for a new challenge within the residential sector. My client is an award-winning Residential Developer who has a strong Design & Technical team that are involved in all aspects of housing design and improvement.
Technical Responsibilities- Experience of managing and providing guidance and support to refurbishment and new build schemes
- Be able to lead and manage a team
- Degree Qualified / HNC / ONC
- AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power Point
- Design and engineering construction knowledge
- Technical and Building Construction knowledge
- Building Regulations knowledge
- A good understanding of NHBC legislation
- Strong on Health & Safety / CDM Regulations
- Good understanding of Planning legislation
- Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
- Knowledge and experience in refurbishment and new build projects
- Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
- Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
- Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
- Degree qualified or Equivalent
- Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
