Specialist Construction Company Based in the London are currently looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their expanding business. They are an established company with over 15+ years’ experience working in the London and UK markets on a variety of construction projects. Specialising in construction, residential and hotel projects they work alongside established residential developers and main contractors.
They are looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join the team where you will be working alongside the director producing PQQ’s (pre qualification questionnaires), tenders and other proposals documents. This will be a demanding role and will suit someone who is able to manage their time and work to tight deadlines.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Completion pre-qualification questionnaires and tender submissions
- Managing multiple concurrent complex PQQs and tenders
- Ensure compliance with corporate branding and standard formatting
- Understand of the Prequalification and Tender process
- Computer literate
- Ability to work to deadlines on multiple PQQs/Tenders and prioritise accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet the challenges of a busy workload
- Ability to work individually, and as part of a team
Competitive salary on offer circa £35,000 – £40,000 plus package
Office based in Paddington and the working hours will be Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm.
