A London based residential developer currently has a requirement for two permanent Senior Technical Coordinators to work on schemes in East and West London. Due to the company’s market share increasing, they are keen to attract experienced individuals who are curious to explore options outside of their current arrangement, to determine if there is a suitable match.
The company employs over 300 people and operates extensively throughout the UK on projects ranging from private mixed use right through to social, regeneration and heritage developments with values of up to 1 billion GBP. This range of developments allows its employees to gain varied experience working on a wide array of projects, thus helping to avoid the role becoming stale and repetitive.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a technical Coordinator or senior technical Coordinator ideally with another residential developer
- Strong design and CAD experience with an emphasis on residential high rise buildings
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Experience in monitoring complex design
- Experience in leading and developing individuals
- Commercial acumen
In return the company will offer an above market salary with a package that can be tailored to the individual. The package can include private medical, strong pension contribution, flexi time, gym membership and car allowance.
