Due to their growing success and innovative approach, they are seeking an ambitious, experienced Assistant Technical Coordinator with previous experience in the Residential Sector, working for a Main Contractor or Developer.
Technical Coordinator Responsibilities- Support and assist the Technical Management to ensure all designs meet project expectations.
- Ensure all legal requirements are approved, enabling projects to commence and be constructed to the highest standards.
- Occasionally visit sites to carry out inspections.
- Organize and develop briefs, managing relevant information as instructed by the Technical Manager.
- Follow technical processes and procedures, addressing technical issues to improve project workflows.
- Review and check full working drawing packages.
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a coordination role.
- Experience working on residential projects, including houses and apartments.
- Qualification or Degree in Architecture or experience from an architectural practice.
- Strong leadership skills.
