The company has been around for a number of years and has a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.
Key Attributes
- Experience of managing and providing guidance and support to refurbishment and new build schemes
- Previous experience working for a contractor or developer in the housing sector
- Previous experience working on traditional build and new build residential projects with the use of RC frame and Timber frame
- Proven track record of delivering projects from inception through to completion
- Awareness of Building Regulations and has good problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and confident
- Able to communicate at all levels with consultants, site staff, subcontractors, and client disciplines
- Degree Qualified / HNC / ONC
- Design and engineering construction knowledge
