I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a medium sized main contractor that turnover circa £50m, working on a new build residential project in Northampton.

The company are an award winning construction and development group that have been operating for over 75 years, with the specialist skills and experience to design and build a wide range of projects that deliver genuine and lasting value.

Their headquarters are based in the West Midlands, and they cover a variety of projects across the UK for clients in the commercial, retail, residential and public sector. Projects vary from smaller scale refurbishment schemes to multi-million pound urban regeneration programmes.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a new build residential project comprising 85 new, traditional build houses. The houses are currently at different stages and there is a long way to go on this project, which is scheduled to run until January 2020. The Assistant Site Manager will support the Senior Site Manager in delivering the project through to completion.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
• Track record working on new build residential projects for a reputable main contractor or residential developer
• Experience building houses using traditional construction methods
• Career focused and driven to succeed
• First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
• Able to commute to Northampton on a daily basis
