An award winning, London based developer of exceptional residential properties have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their new offices in West London.
This modern, dynamic residential developer build quality properties that reflect the aspirations of their residents, stimulate thriving communities and set a benchmark for modern living in the City of London. The company have been around for over 5 years and have already created a development pipeline worth over £2 billion. Their achievements have been recognised within the industry and they have won multiple awards, including newcomer of the year, and the new homes awards.
They are extremely busy and as a result are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Project and Senior Quantity Surveyors. The role is office based, with regular site visits as and when required. All of their projects are based within the M25. They are looking for hard working, driven and career focused people that want to be a part of the business long term. This is a great opportunity to join a strong commercial team and work on some outstanding residential developments.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
- Career focused and driven
- Good commercial awareness
- Full UK drivers’ license
