Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

I have an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a well-established High-End Residential Building Company in Brentford, West London. The company has been operating since 1992 and has a strong reputation in the High-End market.

They specialize in high-end, super prime, and bespoke projects that are quality-focused. Their projects range from £500,000 – £1m. They work on a variety of different builds such as Lateral Apartments, Restored Historic Structures, Contemporary Houses, and Country Estates for a mixture of different clients within the private and public sectors. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Design Team.

Experience:

• Degree qualified
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Experience working for a Contractor or Consultancy
• Able to commute to Oxford Circus, Central London
• Completed Quantity Surveyor Degree
• Experience working on high-end projects (preferable)

Duties:

• Month End invoicing
• Report Month end Labour vs Invoicing
• Managing Daily / Weekly labour margins
• Picking up and pricing variations to contract
• Weekly wages
• Maintaining customer credit accounts – ensuring balances are paid
