Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Main Contractor) | Permanent | Birmingham / Cheshire
A growing, dynamic Main Contractor based in Birmingham are looking for an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a project in Crewe, Cheshire.
The business have been operating for a number of years and specialise in Industrial Warehouses, Retail, Commercial and Mixed Use Schemes, between £2m to £10m.
They are about to start on a new build, steel frame, industrial warehouse project in Crewe, and are looking for a strong Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
The ideal person will have some previous experience working on new build steel frame, industrial / warehouse projects for a reputable Main Contractor.
The offices are based in Birmingham, and projects are predominantly located between Manchester and Milton Keynes, so the ideal person must be prepared to travel on site visits where the projects are within that region.
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + package
Location: Birmingham / Cheshire
Regions: Birmingham, North of England, North West, North West England
Experience:
- Ideally Degree Qualified or other relative qualifications
- Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record working on new build industrial / warehouse projects
- Steel frame experience
- Able to commute to Birmingham
- Happy to work across the Midlands
