Job Overview
A leading house builder / developer, based in Essex are currently looking to appoint an Architectural / CAD technician on a permanent basis to work on a number of live projects in and around the South East. Owing to an increase in work load the company are keen to find a suitable candidate to join their established team and help drive the business forward.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will be required to have:
- Excellent AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- Good time management and a sense of urgency
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated, methodical approach with a focus on client
- A high level of computer literacy
- Previous building design or construction experience
- Construction related qualifications
- Must have own transport due to location
