Pinnacle Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting our client with the appointment of a Registered Manager for a 3 bed LD children’s service in Swadlincote. This is a rare opportunity to launch and shape a service from day one, building a strong culture, embedding therapeutic practice and leading a team that makes a genuine difference to young people’s lives.
The Role
You will provide visible, high-energy leadership within the home, ensuring strong on-site presence during key therapeutic and high-demand periods. While there is flexibility to manage administrative tasks remotely when planned, this is a leadership role that prioritises presence, engagement and relationship-building within the service. Flexibility is supported but hands-on leadership comes first.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Preferred)
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Children’s Residential
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations
- Therapeutic-led approach to leadership
- Passion, resilience and high standards
