Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager Property at Pinnacle Property Management, you will:

  • Oversee the overall management and operation of leasehold portfolio.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize property performance and leaseholder satisfaction.
  • Supervise property management staff and coordinate their activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage relations, concerns and enquiries.
  • Monitor property maintenance and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements for property maintenance and improvements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality standards.
  • Collaborate with property owners, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve property management goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements affecting leasehold property management.

  • Extensive experience in leasehold property management, ATPI or MTPI qualified.

  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis related to property management.
  • Experience in managing relations and resolving issues.
