Key Responsibilities: As a Regional Manager, you’ll lead a team of Property Managers and oversee a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure exceptional property management service delivery. You’ll play a critical role in driving performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership & Development: Leading and developing a team of Property Managers by providing coaching, identifying training needs, and implementing improvements to ensure high standards of performance.
- Operational Oversight: Conducting development audits and managing a small number of key client accounts, including attending client meetings and ensuring responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Performance Management: Effectively managing team performance, recognising and rewarding success, and addressing underperformance promptly and professionally.
- Client Relations & Escalation Handling: Serving as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions that reinforce strong client relationships.
- Financial & Reporting Management: Ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly and quarterly reporting and working closely with the accounts department to guarantee robust financial oversight across the portfolio.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Making sure all Health & Safety and industry regulations are fully understood and followed by your team, prioritising safety and legal compliance at all times.
- Business Development: Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support the growth of the company.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the residential property management sector.
- Ideally MTPI qualified, or willing to work towards the qualification.
- Strong background in client relationship management and customer service excellence.
- Solid understanding of leasehold property legislation and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting and account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
