Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality property management services for the portfolio, coordinating site inspections and handling maintenance requests.
  • Respond to client and leaseholder inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Prepare and review service charge budgets, ensuring accurate billing and collaborating on year‑end accounts.
  • Coordinate with property assistants and contractors to maintain high standards, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all properties comply with legal and safety requirements, including fire risk assessments and insurance coverage.
  • Keep clients informed through regular updates and by attending or hosting leaseholder meetings when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property management, with knowledge of Landlord & Tenant and Fire Safety Legislation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues and contractors.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A professional and courteous approach to all interactions.
  • Familiarity with Qube property management software is a plus.
