Key Responsibilities: As a New Business Manager at Pinnacle Property Management, you will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Block and Estate Management sector.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, property developers, investors, and stakeholders.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to handover.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate on the creation of management proposals, presentations, and tailored service charge details.
- Support strategic growth initiatives within the property division.
- Deliver high-quality client service and negotiate management agreements.

Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in block and estate management, ideally in a senior property management or business development role. Proven track record of winning new business within the property management sector. Strong understanding of service charge preparation, Landlord & Tenant legislation, and Fire/Health & Safety regulations. Established network of industry contacts in block and estate management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. High attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
