Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1700

Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you\’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasehold and freehold developments. You\’ll interact with clients, freeholders, and leaseholders, ensuring high standards of property management are upheld. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Property Management: Delivering high quality management services for your portfolio, including coordinating site inspections and handling maintenance requests.
  • Client & Leaseholder Relations: Responding to client and leaseholder inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships at all times.
  • Financial Oversight: Preparing and reviewing service charge budgets, ensuring accurate billing, and collaborating with clients on year-end accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinating with property assistants and contractors to maintain high standards, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all properties comply with legal and safety requirements, including fire risk assessments and insurance coverage.
  • Reporting & Communication: Keeping clients informed through regular updates and attending/hosting meetings with leaseholders when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in property management, with knowledge of Landlord & Tenant and Fire Safety Legislation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A professional and courteous approach to all interactions.
  • Familiarity with Qube property management software is a plus.
