Key Responsibilities

As a New Business Manager at Pinnacle Property Management, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Block and Estate Management sector.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, property developers, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact to handover.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate on the creation of management proposals, presentations, and tailored service charge details.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives within the property division.
  • Deliver high-quality client service and negotiate management agreements.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly reports on business development activity and pipeline progress.
  • Monitor market trends to enhance sales effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in block and estate management, ideally in a senior property management or business development role.
  • Proven track record of winning new business within the property management sector.
  • Strong understanding of service charge preparation, Landlord & Tenant legislation, and Fire/Health & Safety regulations.
  • Established network of industry contacts in block and estate management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
