We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and execution-focused Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating content, managing digital platforms, and turning ideas into real campaigns that drive engagement and results. You will work closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to plan, produce, and execute marketing across social media, digital ads, email, and on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation, Asset Production & Execution
- Create compelling, on-brand images, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, and other relevant tools.
- Edit photos and videos from shoots or stock libraries to match creative direction and campaign objectives.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute content briefs across different brands and campaigns.
- Be willing to appear in marketing content when required.
- Take a hands-on approach to producing visual assets quickly and consistently.
- Multi-Channel Marketing & Platform Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, Email, WhatsApp, and web platforms.
- Manage basic website content updates and landing pages.
- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of ad spend.
- Social Media & Community Management
- Post, monitor, and engage on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts daily.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to maintain a positive and responsive brand presence.
- Trend Research & Ideation
- Propose weekly content ideas aligned with brand voice, campaigns, and platform trends.
- Research audience behaviour, competitors, and market trends to improve engagement and conversion.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform features, and viral formats.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track daily and weekly performance (reach, engagement, growth, clicks, etc.) using platform analytics.
- Prepare simple routine performance summaries (screenshots + key observations).
- Partnerships, Events & Team Support
- Support partnership activations, campaigns, and on-site content shoots.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams as needed.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments, providing constructive input and support.
- Support in any other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Experience & Education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Technical & Creative Skills
- Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (personal or professional experience).
- Comfortable with CapCut, Canva or other editing software, and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic familiarity with social scheduling tools and content management.
- Strong eye for visual storytelling and trending formats.
- Excellent written copy skills for captions, hooks, and short-form content.
