Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sports Photographer, needing to be based in Devon or South West area. The Sports Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs of sporting events, editing photos, and collaborating with the content team to deliver compelling visual stories live on the day. Day-to-day tasks include attending and photographing sporting events, editing photos, managing photo archives, and meeting deadlines for content delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sports photography, including experience in capturing fast-paced action shots
- Strong photo editing, captioning and retouching skills using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Photo Mechanic
- Experience in managing photo archives and ensuring proper organisation of photo files
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and remotely
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by the sports event schedule
- Experience in the sports industry is a plus
