Package: £26,522 pa with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday), 2 days off for charity work, group life assurance and healthcare cash plan.

Location: We offer the opportunity to work completely from home within the UK, be office based in Borehamwood, or split your time between home and office.

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm, with one late shift per week 9.30am - 6.00pm.

Start Date: March 23rd 2026, must be available for the full 4 weeks remote training from the start date.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing new and continuing claims
  • Checking invoices and medical records
  • Providing frontline assistance for customers in all key claims-related activity and across a range of communication channels
  • Working at pace to ensure we’re responding to customers within a reasonable time frame

Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a veterinary practice
  • Strong customer service experience
  • The ability to work to targets, deadlines and prioritise own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
