Do you have a passion for creating safe, efficient, and positive workplace environments? Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership of office operations and facilities management? If so, we’d love to welcome you to the team at Pinnacle Pet UK as our next Office Coordinator.
In this vital role, you’ll ensure our workplace is clean, safe, welcoming, and productive—while supporting our people and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing With Us
- Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office functions, maintain key records and systems, and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Colleague Support: Assist with onboarding, team events, DSE assessments, and office equipment procurement.
- Communication: Be the go-to contact for workplace queries and updates, and help foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
- Facilities & Vendors: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to keep our facilities secure and well-maintained across all PPUK sites.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with H&S policies and procedures; organise training, updates, and reporting.
Our Wishlist Of Your Previous Experience
- Previous experience in a office coordination role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities independently
- Experience conducting DSE assessments and supporting H&S initiatives
- Full Valid UK Driving Licence
