The Project: Programme Calandra

You’ll lead the delivery of multiple concurrent projects within our Calandra & Security Change Portfolio. Calandra is an exciting transformation programme designed to standardise our digital platform, boost cyber security, and enable seamless, secure collaboration across our global business entities. It’s meaningful, fast-moving, and critical to our future operational resilience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving End-to-End Delivery: Lead everything from project mobilisation and planning straight through to a smooth handover into business-as-usual (BAU).
  • Global Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional business, technical, and third-party teams across multiple countries.
  • Navigating the Big Picture: Balance global programme objectives with local operational, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Keeping Us on Track: Manage project plans, timelines, and RAID logs, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned via clear, transparent reporting.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record managing tech and business delivery in fast-paced, evolving, or sometimes unstructured environments.
  • Solid experience or strong exposure to Cyber Security and Operational Resilience initiatives (think Vulnerability Management, DLP, Logging/Monitoring, or Security Compliance).
  • A natural relationship builder who can run engaging workshops, manage escalations gracefully, and promote accountability across international teams.
  • A hands-on problem solver who knows how to maintain a sharp delivery pace without dropping the ball on robust governance.
