Package: £25,000 pa with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday), 2 days off for charity work, Group life assurance and health care cash plan.

Location: We offer the opportunity to work completely from home within the UK, be office based in Borehamwood, or split your time between home and office.

Fulltime: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm, with one day a week of 9.30am - 6pm after training is complete.

Start Date: June 22nd.

We’re looking for a proactive and methodical Pet Insurance Claims Assistant to join our Claims Operations team at Pinnacle Pet UK. In this role, you’ll support the claims process by reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and helping the team deliver great outcomes for our customers and their pets.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience working with insurance claims or within a veterinary practice with exposure to claims will be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Confident working independently and making informed decisions
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC literate

  • Reviewing incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Amending payments where needed in line with internal guidelines
  • Supporting administrative tasks within the Claims department
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
  • Identifying and escalating any potential risks to the department
