We're looking for an experienced and motivated Claims Team Leader to join our Claims team and help drive operational excellence, colleague development, and outstanding customer outcomes. - Salary starting from £34,000 pa with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday)
- 2 days off for charity work

- 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern
- Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis
Start Date
September 21st 2026, you must be available for the full 4 Weeks remote training from the start date.

About The Role
As a Claims Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team of Claims Handlers and Senior Claims Handlers, ensuring service standards, quality measures, and performance targets are consistently achieved. You’ll play a key role in coaching and developing colleagues, managing team performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting customers through complex and escalated claims situations. Working closely with the Claims Operations Manager and wider business teams, you'll help create a positive, customer-centric culture where people can thrive and deliver their best work.
