The Project: Make a Real Impact
You’ll jump straight into Calandra, our flagship group-wide transformation programme. This initiative is all about strengthening and standardising our digital platforms, upgrading cyber security and driving a modern, highly collaborative way of working across the entire organisation. You won’t just be keeping the seats warm, you’ll actively shape solutions that deliver measurable business value and operational resilience.
What You’ll Do
- Acting as the vital link between business stakeholders, delivery teams and project leadership, you will work across multiple countries and business entities to help land change smoothly.
- Your Day-to-day Will Involve
- Gathering & Analysing: Running workshops and interviews to capture business needs and translating them into clear business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories and process maps.
- Driving Modern Collaboration: Supporting digital workplace initiatives by helping document requirements for Microsoft 365 services like Teams, SharePoint, Loop and Planner.
- Championing Change: Conducting stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to ensure our teams are supported, trained and ready to adopt new ways of working.
- Keeping Things Moving: Managing project documentation, tracking RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies), and balancing delivery speed with smart governance.

Ideally, You Bring
- Proven experience supporting business or technology change initiatives using standard BA techniques.
- A talent for producing beautifully structured documentation and process maps.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you know how to listen and how to influence constructively.
- Experience or a strong interest in cyber security, information governance, or M365 collaboration services (this is highly desirable).
- The ability to balance structure and governance with rapid delivery pace.
