We\'re on the lookout for a Junior RPA Developer to join our Transformation & Robotics team. This is your chance to develop hands-on experience with industry-leading tools like Blue Prism , gain mentorship from senior developers, and contribute to game-changing process innovations from day one.
We are flexible on the location of the role, this could be remote, hybrid or in our offices in Borehamwood.
Here’s What You’ll Be Getting Up To

  • Designing and developing automated workflows using Blue Prism (full training provided).
  • Working closely with experienced developers to build, test, and support automated processes.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation and test procedures.
  • Learning how to problem-solve, troubleshoot, and improve process performance.
  • Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and helping operational teams get the most out of automation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience to coding, databases, or change control processes (but not essential—we’ll help you grow!).
  • A methodical, logical thinker with a passion for solving problems.
  • Excellent communication skills—especially when explaining tech to non-tech colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when documenting processes or building workflows.
  • A good grasp of workflow logic and a desire to understand how business processes work.
  • Proficient with basic IT tools—especially Excel or other spreadsheet software.
