Are you ready to step up, operate with genuine autonomy and own high-value commercial deals from the first conversation to the final signature? As our new Business Development Manager, you will hunt for new partners across our diverse portfolio including Animal Friends, Everypaw, Pet Protect and Doubtless.

We’re looking for a confident, individual contributor where you will map the market, pitch to senior decision-makers, negotiate terms and close deals that genuinely move the needle. You will adapt your outreach and shape tailored propositions depending on which brand best fits the prospect.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us

  • Exciting and Meaningful Projects: You will be building bespoke, high-value partnerships (white-label, embedded, co-brand, affiliate) with some of the UK’s biggest brands.
  • Make a Real Impact: You aren't just a cog in a machine here. You will own your commercial pipeline from end to end and directly drive the growth of our business.
  • Work-Life Balance: We know that to perform at your best, you need time to recharge. We actively prioritise a healthy balance between your professional drive and your personal life.

What You’ll Bring

  • Financial services experience or a background in insurance and FCA compliance is a massive advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen, you can build a credible business case and hold your own in financial conversations.
  • Excellent pitching, presentation and negotiation skills. You prepare well, enjoy the room and comfortably manage senior-level relationships.
