What You’ll Be Doing
As the vital link between our business goals and our tech teams, you will:
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for our new digital platform.
- Analyse and streamline our end-to-end processes, from quote to claim, to create a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers and stakeholders to bring our vision to life.
- Manage requirements through the full project lifecycle, including supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
What We’re Looking For
- An experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance or financial services sector.
- A proven track record of working on large-scale technology projects.
- Hands-on experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, turning business needs into epics and user stories.
- An excellent communicator and collaborator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic problem-solver who is passionate about creating brilliant customer journeys.
